In the treatment of mental and behavioral health challenges, psychotherapy paired with additional supportive services provides the client a holistic framework of services to ensure the client is supported across all domains. Thus, increasing the individual's opportunity to reach their goals.

Mock Surveys :
· Pre-survey contact and review of non-confidential materials prior to the mock survey
· Orientation Conference and tour
· On-site or remote review of policies and procedures, administrative plans, program plans, clinical forms, administrative and program documents, and client records, as well as interviews with governance, leadership, funders, staff, and clients
· Exit Conference with draft mock survey results review.
Policy and Procedure Development and Review:
This service includes writing new policies and procedures as well as reviewing existing documents to ensure continued relevancy and conformance to CARF standards. The frequency of reviews is determined based on the needs identified by the organization and as suggested by the CARF Consultant.
Document Development and Review:
This service includes report writing, document development, proof-reading, editing, and formatting of documents as well as annual updates to ensure conformance to CARF standards. When an organization contracts for ongoing review of documents, the frequency of reviews is determined based on needs identified by the organization. Many documents are required to be reviewed annually (e.g., program plans, strategic plan, risk management plan, etc.).
We provide comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations to support individuals and families navigating the immigration process. Evaluations are completed in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive manner and are tailored to each case. Reports are clinically thorough and professionally written to assist attorneys and immigration courts in understanding the emotional, psychological, and psychosocial impact of an individual’s experiences and circumstances.
Psychological evaluations completed to help document the emotional, psychological, financial, and relational impact that separation or relocation may have on qualifying family members within immigration-related cases.
Trauma-informed evaluations designed to assess and document the psychological effects of persecution, violence, abuse, displacement, or other traumatic experiences relevant to asylum and humanitarian immigration cases.

Comprehensive evaluations supporting humanitarian-based immigration petitions involving experiences such as domestic violence, abuse, victimization, trauma exposure, or other qualifying circumstances.

We currently accept private pay as well as a variety of insurance plans, including Maryland Medicaid, Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Quest Behavioral Health, BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts Virtual Network, and United Healthcare. Insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and eligibility may vary by plan.
